2. Personal data we collect

When you fill out the contact form at /en/contacto we collect:

Name — to personalize the response
Email — to reply to you
Message — the content of your inquiry

Additionally, for each submission we record:

IP address — anti-spam and abuse prevention
Browser User-Agent — technical diagnostics
Timestamp — anti-spam (time-trap)

3. Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to:

Respond to your inquiry
Coordinate operational diagnostic meetings or demos
Maintain a minimal record of commercial interactions

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except processors strictly necessary to operate the service (see section 5).

4. Legal basis

Law N° 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life (Chile). Your submission of the form constitutes express consent to the processing described in this document.

5. Third-party processors and tools

Resend (transactional email delivery) — receives the form content to deliver it to contacto@zettavision.cl. Resend's policy.
Vercel (hosting + analytics) — records basic pageview events and Web Vitals without personally identifiable information. Vercel's policy.

6. Retention

Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, to maintain commercial history.
Technical logs (IP, user-agent) are retained for up to 90 days from submission.
If you request deletion (section 7), data is destroyed within 15 business days.

7. ARCO rights

Under Law 19,628 you may exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding your personal data. To exercise them:

Send an email to contacto@zettavision.cl with the subject "ARCO Request".
Indicate the right you are exercising and the data affected.
Attach an ID or other document proving your identity (only for verification; not retained).

We respond within 15 calendar days.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses browser localStorage exclusively to remember your theme preference (light/dark). We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party cookies.

9. Security

HTTPS enforced with HSTS preload.
Email service API keys never exposed in the client.
Rate limiting + honeypot anti-spam on the form.
HTTP security headers (Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy, among others).

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The last update date appears at the top of the document. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance to those who have contacted us in the last year.
